We did the cultural adventure travel experience via Frontier and had the most incredible two weeks of our lives! We wish we could stay longer in our new adopted home at the Lighthouse. Bikky and his family made us feel at home from day one.
Volunteering in the local secondary government school and engaging with the local children was so touching and such a valuable experience. The flexibility of the project with VCD Nepal allowed us to tailor our trip to get the most out of it, whilst also giving back. It enabled us to travel to Chitwan National Park and trek around the beautiful region of Pokhara.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to get involved in a beautiful, unique and friendly community. Can’t wait for our return trip to Nepal!
