Bikram Paudel is the founder and the director of VCD Nepal. He designs all volunteer projects. Bikram established VCD Nepal in 2007.

Bikram has previously partnered with European commission funded Erusmus+ project, worked for an UK non profit organization as a country coordinator. Besides, he is also running an adventure holiday company for global travelers as he loves to promote his country’s natural beauty. He lives together with his wife and son.

Mr Paudel has traveled around Europe, North America, Australia and Asia on various occasion.
