Mr. Paudel is the Founder and Director of VCD Nepal. Since its establishment in 2007, under his leadership, VCD Nepal has been at the forefront of community development and volunteerism. With a demonstrated ability to design impactful projects and cultivate strategic partnerships, including with the European Commission-funded Erasmus+ project, partnered with British gap year company like Frontier, Mr. Paudel brings extensive experience to his role.
Beyond his non profit commitments, he also operates an adventure holiday company catering to global travelers, reflecting his dedication to showcasing Nepal’s natural beauty.
